Manufacturing Vessel For Ointment & Cream

The vessel shall have a shell with a hemispherical bottom and flanged top dish made out of S.S. 316 plate. The vessel shall be jacketed with MS jacket suitable for 4 Kg/cm2. The jacket shall be insulated with 50 mm thk glass wool insulation and shall be cladded with 16g 304. The vessel shall be suitable for 700 mm vacuum and internal pressure of 2 Kgs/cm2/.

The main agitation assembly shall consists of an anchor with floating scrappers driven dual speed motor to achieve 20/40 RPM. The vessel shall be fitted with high shear emulsifier head through a water cooled mechanical seal.

The lid of the main mfg, Vessel will be provided with hydraulic lifting and lowering arrangement. Hydraulic arrangement will consist of:

  • Hard Crome plated
  • Limit switches at upper and lower limits
  • Power pack of  2 H.P. with direction control valve by actuated

WAX PHASE VESSEL – Ointment & Cream

The vessel shall be in S.S 316 having cylindrical shell welded to the hemispherical bottom and shall be jacketed for 3 kgs/cm2 steam pressure. The vessel shall be insulated with 50 mm thk glass wool insulation and shall be cladded with Digital Temperature Indicator.

The top of the vessel shall be provided with Dished end ,  vertically mounted propeller agitator shall be provided. The vessel shall be mounted on S.S. pipe legs.

The bottom of the vessel shall be provided flush ball valve. All contact parts shall be of S.S. 316 /PTFE and shall be finished to class 4 B (mirror) and all external components shall be finished to 2B (dull) finish.

WATER PHASE VESSEL – Ointment & Cream

The vessel shall be in S.S. 316 having cylindrical shall welded to the hemispherical bottom and shall be jacketed for 3 Kg/cm2 steam pressure. The vessel shall be insulated with 50 mm thk glass wool insulation and shall be cladded with 16 guage S.S. 304. The vessel shall be provided with digital temperature indicator.

The top of the vessel shall be provided with a flat lid. On one part of the lid vertically mounted propeller agitator shall be provided. The vessel shall be mounted on S.S pipe legs. The bottom of the vessel shall be provided with 25 mm flush ball valve. All contact parts shall be of S.S 316 / PTFE and shall be finished to class 4B (mirror) and all external components shall be finished to 2B (dull) finish.

STORAGE VESSEL: Ointment & Cream

The vessel shall be in S.S 316 having cylindrical shell welded to conical bottom mounted on S.S pipe legs and 100 dia polymer castor wheel . the vessel shall be provided with 50 mm ball valve.

All contact parts shall be S.S. 316 quality and shall be finished to 4B(mirror ) finish and all external parts shall be finished to class 2B (dull) finish.

TRANSFER PUMP (Bulk Ointment/cream transfer in storage tank) – Ointment & Cream

To transfer ointment from manufacturing vessel to storage vessel.  All contact parts shall be S.S. 316 quality and shall be finished to 4B (mirror) finish and all external parts shall be finished to class 2B (dull) finish.

The pump shall be connected to the filling machine through auto manual switch. Allcontact parts in S.S. 316

VACUUM PUMP for Ointment & Cream Plant

Water ring type vacuum pump suitable for appplying vacuum in the manufacturing vessel unit vessel. Unit will be totally covered in S.S.
