Artisan Top Entry Agitator is a highly efficient mixing system designed for blending, homogenizing, suspending, and agitating liquids and semi-solid materials in industrial processing tanks. Mounted from the top of the vessel, the agitator provides excellent mixing performance while maximizing available tank space and ensuring easy maintenance. Top entry agitators are widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, dairy, cosmetics, paints, coatings, water treatment, and specialty manufacturing.
The agitator consists of a robust drive motor, gearbox (if required), shaft, and specially designed impellers that generate controlled fluid movement throughout the tank. Depending on the process requirement, different impeller types such as propeller, pitched blade turbine, hydrofoil, or anchor agitators can be used to achieve the desired mixing intensity and flow pattern. This flexibility allows the agitator to handle a wide range of viscosities and process applications.
