1. Advanced Gas-Handling & Anti-Flooding Design

The horizontal central disc acts as a physical barrier for rising gas bubbles. When gas is introduced through a sparger directly below the shaft, the disc captures and forces the gas outward into the highest-shear zones near the blade tips. This prevents “gas flooding” (where gas escapes vertically up the shaft without mixing) and dramatically increases mass transfer rates.
