Multi-Stage Inline Homogenizer

Artisan Multi-Stage Inline Homogenizer system is engineered for high-efficiency continuous mixing, emulsifying, and particle size reduction. Featuring multiple concentric rotor-stator stages, it ensures thorough homogenization even for highly viscous products, delivering uniform texture and stability. Constructed with SS316L contact parts and sanitary clamp connections, it is compliant with cGMP standards and suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and chemical industries.

Designed for flow rates up to 50 m³/h and viscosities ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 cPs, this hygienic inline homogenizer achieves micron-level droplet size reduction without product degradation. With CIP/SIP cleanability, user-friendly controls, and robust sealing, it offers reliable, scalable performance for demanding continuous processing applications. We provided single piece VMC machined stator rotor with our multistage homogenizer.

  • Motor Power: Available from 1 HP to 75 HP, selected according to process volume and viscosity.
  • Speed Range: 2,800 to 3,600 RPM (variable with VFD option for precise control).
  • Material of Construction: All wetted parts made of SS304, SS316, or SS316L for sanitary and corrosion-resistant operation.
  • Rotor–Stator Stages: Single, double, or triple-stage options for desired shear intensity and product fineness.
  • Mechanical Seal: Single or double mechanical seal with water cooling arrangement to prevent leakage and contamination.
  • Inlet/Outlet Connection: Tri-clamp, SMS union, or flange connections for easy pipeline integration.
